Skydeck
Skydeck is a great service, that personally I use everyday. Skydeck pulls data from your cell phone provider, helping you keep track of your “network” of contacts. They also have a very useful API and that is where my widget comes in.
The Skydeck Mac Dashboard Widget is a great way of checking your current cell phone usage so you wont be surprised about your bill at the end of the month.
This is the first widget that I have made, and I have to say that it was very easy with Dashcode. I used jquery for the heavy lifting, and I implemented oAuth for the user authentication. All and all I think that it turned out very good, thanks to some professional designer help. Thanks Summer
